We were delighted to take part in the annual symposium, on 14 March 2024, organised by the University of Poitiers, which this year will focus on “The ageing of spirits in wood: a source of value”, under the scientific direction of Jean-Victor Maublanc.
This is a must-attend event to explore the riches of this alliance between tradition and innovation.
