We saw a slight improvement in the French Gender Equality Index published in March 2023, covering data from work conducted in 2022.
We are working to further boost this trend in 2023, in particular via measures that have been in place since the beginning of this year. SEGUIN MOREAU signed its Equality & Diversity Charter in January 2023. This signature was accompanied by a training and communication campaign among staff, and fits within a broader, overall CSR approach for our companies and the OENEO group.
